These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Crestridge Western Training website, student portal, and courses. By enrolling in a course or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Enrollment and Payment
Course fees are payable at the time of registration and are processed in Canadian (CAD) funds. Access to course materials is granted upon successful payment.
Refunds and Cancellations
Tuition fees are non-refundable, in whole or in part, if the cancellation or withdrawal request is submitted after accessing or completing the course. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Course Access
Courses must be completed within six months from the date of enrollment. Access expires after this period.
Intellectual Property
All course content remains the property of Crestridge Western Training and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
